Marc is a fine-art travel photographer with a passion for capturing scenes of traditional Thai country life. His images depict the facets of religion and culture that are slowly fading away in a country heavily influenced by modern industrialization.

"As an individual looking in on a world so different from my own birth place, I am graced with the opportunity to photograph beautiful scenes of Asian life in this captivating country, vibrant and rich in Siamese culture."

When not documenting the idyllic traditional life of rural Thailand, Marc also does work in the fields of journalism, advertising, product, corporate, food, hotel and architectural interior photography.

In 2008, Marc completed work on a 200 page coffee-table photo book titled “Thailand - A Taste Of Paradise”, which was published by Page One Group in Singapore and is now on sale at most major bookstores throughout Asia.

Marc is also collaborating on a Thai travel book with Things Asian Press entitled "To Thailand With Love", which is to be released in late 2010.

For the March 2007 issue, Marc provided a number of images to National Geographic Traveler magazine (Polish Addition) for a 40-page cover story on travel in Thailand.

In 2006 Marc completed work on 3 major book projects: A coffee-table book about Thailand for French book publisher Vilo Editions, a book titled The Sushi Book for Things Asian Press, and a small Bangkok Guidebook published by Wallpaper* and printed by Phaidon Press.

Marc moderates a free internet photography forum where people can read articles, gather information and post questions on all aspects of photography in Thailand.

Marc recently narrated an audio-visual slideshow entitled “Thai Life Through The Lens”, where he speaks about his personal experiences shooting in the remote areas of rural Thailand.

In 2005 Marc was commissioned by a noted Thai-based book company to shoot imagery for a small-sized picture book entitled “Dreams of Thailand, Chiang Mai”. The book is co-sponsored by Thai Airways and the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Copies of the book are still available in book stores throughout Thailand.

In July 2004, in conjunction with the International AIDS Week conference in Thailand, Marc contributed some of his B&W photos to a photographic exhibition entitled Life Force. The photos acted as part of a photographic retrospective sponsored by YouthAIDS. Hollywood actress Ashley Judd and pop-diva Coco Lee came and
officially opened the exhibition in Bangkok on July 12th.

In September 2002 Marc was elected to be an Associate (ARPS) of the Royal Photographic Society of England, the world's oldest and most prestigious professional photographic association, for his work in the field of Visual Arts.

In 2001, Marc captured images during construction of the new Bangkok underground train system which have become a retrospective exhibition entitled "Bangkok Underground". The images take us on a unique journey through Bangkok's winding train tunnels as they were being carved out from the earth.

Marc has held workshops and given talks on photography and in 2005 he taught two semesters of photography at the School of Architecture and Industrial Design, a special campus of King Mongkut's University of Technology in Thonburi Bangkok.
