I need to catch my connection from the domestic terminal D to the International terminal 2.  How far are they apart?  How long does it take to get from the domestic the international terminal?  What is the best route/plan to rush from the domestic to the international?

The domestic terminal is actually connected to the international terminals, they are all in a long line. Terminal 1.2.domestic. Depending on which international terminal you want, youre looking at a 15ish minute walk. I think they also have a bus service between them.
Dont worry, its not like trying to traverse LAX!
