There are some photographers who are just pressing a button. And then there are the others who see the world in a very different way...

I just received information about a photo exhibition that will start running at the Petchburi branch of I.Q. Lab next month from February 5th through the 28th and open daily from 07.00 to 19.00. The gallery itself is called I-Gallery and it is a mixed collection of B&W photos all taken by a local Thai-Chinese photographer known as "Jeck Wong" over a period of 50 years he says. The photographer is in his late sixties to early seventies now and he mentioned to me that the prints are sort of old historical stuff from all around rural Thailand. I don't have much more detail than that I am afraid, but there may be something on the I.Q. Lab web site at www.iqlab.co.th or by calling 02-255-5544
