Has anyone tried the new Nikon capture software ? I'm using Photoshop Elelments 3, but find it not very good for processing RAW files. Mike

Hi Mike,

I use Capture NX now. Used Nikon Capture 4.x.x before. Overall I'm quite happy with the program. There are a few very minor bugs still but I'm sure it will be addressed in the upcoming upgrades. It's definitely not worth than the previous capture versions and looks like the speed has improved also.

Mike,

As a Nikon shooter, I am also using Capture NX, which is the a very good tool to manage your Nikon RAW files. It is even better than the previous version Nikon capture. You can try it for free during one month. Be sure to have 1GB RAM to work conveniently.

I don't know if Photoshop CS2 or Apple Aperture are better to manage RAW.
