Hi,
Just want to thanks again to all of you who helped me with my question on the general discussion on Oct.9
  Here are a few shots I managed to get....comments are most welcome.
On a negative note,in my haste I deleted some 2gbs of photo's from my memeory card by mistake...I was viewing a imaging that I had just taken,and maybe due to the heat/haste,and plane stupidity I hit, the delete all buttoon on my camera.
On a positive note...now I have a good excuse to return to Sukhothai next year and visit this wonderful spot again.
 I still came home with about 980 photo's so,all was not lost.
I word of advise for anyone who is planning a trip to this beautiful country....it is very hot!!,and I recommend you review your photo's after you return to your hotel,and are somewhat rested,before you start deleting them.

I like the graphi quality of the first shot a lot, maybe try cropping it so that the steel bar at the right and tha wood? bar at the bottom are gone ?

Hi Bjorn,
We managed to do 9 Temples in 8 days,started to get templed-out.
Your right....I'll take your advise & crop it.
Here's another one ,from the same temple.,..it was under renovation,your comments please.

Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

Pic2: Picture in front of the ladies may have avoid the bad backgound on the right but maybe not possible if many people were watching?

Pic3: Difficult picture with a part in the shade and in the sun. I think I will have meter the bright part to have it colorful and use the flash to illuminate the ladies

So only one temple per day?

About the deleting from camera or while on the go, I delete as little as I can, the obvious ones which deserve the trap, ie. unfoccussed and wanton/"blah" shots. Whatever we take, given the technology that allows mixing medias more and more, can be of use later on. One never knows.

 I also basically learnt on my first DSLR trip not to trust the camera's LCD too much. I thought I could not get one shot well exposed, but got home, and was relieved to see otherwise on screen.

Canon should have a delete button for one pix only at a time, and formatting. That "delete all" button has probably led to many tears shedding around the world!
