Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a quiry. As I am familiar with things here, I was wondering
if anyone new any labs in Bangkok that where ok with developing (not printing I have a scanner) negs
that I will soon need done from a nude photo shoot? I am not sure how labs here handle the subject of
nudity. If you are not allowed, could anyone tell me where I can rent a digital back for my camera (mamiya
rb67) or a digital SLR kit?

Any help would much be appreciated as I want to return the finished product to my client ASAP.

Thank you anyone for any advice!!

IQ Lab (www.iqlab.co.th) will develop the film, no problem. In fact, just about any lab in Bangkok will I think, but IQ is a professional lab as opposed to most labs that cater more to the consumer market.

Is there any reason though you are set on shooting on medium format? Instead I would rent a hi-end 35mm digital SLR. I think no need for MF. And digital backs normally have to be tethered to a computer to get the right results which I find to be an added burden to the work flow.

Khun Rachot at Pro Center Ltd. on Soi Suan Plue (Soi 9 - Opposite the Thai Immigration department off of Sathorn Road) rents out lots of equipment including hi-end digital cameras and should be able to help. Tel. 02-679-3077

Thanks Mark,

That bring me a relief to know that the labs would develop the film. Also I am thinking of renting a high end digital SLR if I can get
the right look at the right price. So I will try the place you recommended.

The main reason I want to shoot with my Mamiya and put it through my scanner is because I know the exact look I can create and
also what you shoot with, post with, and print with will all effect the image even in small ways all the way down the the arrangment of
pixils that create color tone, etc. So I am very particular about everything, which is my bad habit. Also I love pulling out polariod and
showing them to someone to get them excited. I don't work commercially so I still try to get things my way.

Thanks a ton for your advise and I will go to that place you mentioned.
