Hi All. I just got back from an assignment down on Samui. Was beautiful weather down there. Here is a quick snap I took out at the pool of the hotel I stayed. I just liked how the colors came out on this one.

Wow, Marc! What colours! Love it. Sell it to the hotel for their advertising brochure! Did you do much colour saturation at all?

Thank you Alex. No, not much at all. The trick to shots like this is, especially if you don't have a PL filter with you, is to shoot them about 1/3 stop under. Helps to make the colors look a bit more saturated. I will offer some constructive comments on your studio shots a bit later. Just got some stuff I need to get caught up on first.
