There are some photographers who are just pressing a button. And then there are the others who see the world in a very different way...

Hi,
We all have "legacy" colour slides as well as colour and black and white slides negatives. We also probably own a scanner or multi-function device, but while these desktop scanners are fine for capturing and digitizing prints, they are hopeless when it comes to scanning slides or negatives -- even if some boast such capabilities, the resolution is simply not sufficient.
Dedicated, very high-resolution slide or negative scanners are too expensive (I think).
Does anyone have any tips on a professional service in greater Bangkok that will scan slides or negatives (colour negatives) into good quality digital images, or possibly with an inside track on emerging scanning technology that means we can do this ourselves?
Thanks in advance for any tips.
