There are some photographers who are just pressing a button. And then there are the others who see the world in a very different way...

Interesting link on basic (read KISS) shooting. Although it's Leica rangefinder dedicated I think the users of  the current "rangefinder type" cameras with their OVF/EVF finders will find it useful. it certainly reminded me of a few points I started to overlook.

Thanks for the link Ray. Have seen this site before but as there is so much and long articles cannot take it all in at once. Some good info as well, though I do not necessarily agree with it all.  Cheesy When I am going thru my images and see an outright clunker I want to mark it to be deleted, out of my Lightroom catalog and off the hard drives--no reason wasting space. yet everyone has their own workflow and if it works for them that is what matters. Like some of the photos on this guy's site, and linked to the page how he discovered Leica--very entertaining read. http://shoottokyo.com/leica-m9-review/

Sometimes the glorifying of the basics goes along with showing simple silly photos. That should not be the meaning.
