Dear Valued Canon Customers,

Please be informed that the Canon Showroom at our Head Office (Bangkok City Tower, 10th Fl.) will temporarily be closed during December 27th, 2011 – January 13th, 2012 due to office relocation.

Be ready with our all New Canon Showroom experience at the 2nd Floor, Sathorn Square Office Tower from January 16, 2012 onwards.

However, the Canon Service Center at the Head Office Branch will still be open as usual.

We truly apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

As an aside, I always use their service center sub branch in MBK (5th floor next to the big open plan Canon showroom on the Toyko department store side) and I never go to the main branch for service. It's an easy BTS connection to MBK and never a wait to get service. At the main service center I have waited up to an hour for my service number to be called. The MBK service center is open 10:00 to 18:00 daily.

Actually, reading the above message again from Canon it is confusing if Canon has actually moved the service center itself or just the showroom part of the service center. What tipped me off is that a friend went there the other day for service and they told him the office had moved. So I am not sure here actually. If anyone has any info please feel free to add it to this thread. Either way though, I think the MBK Canon service center is still an easier solution.

The MBK service center is the only branch I have ever used and I am very satisfied with their service.

Yes, I normally just use the one at MBK myself. I used to find the cues very long at the Main office service center so I started just using MBK which hardly ever had a wait at all.

There is also one at Panthip Plaza now it seems. I listed the info here:
