An amazing video from National Geographic showing how Nat Geo photographer Nick Nichols photographed a 1,600 year old Redwood forest tree in California using 3 cameras and combining 90 photographic frames from the shoot to create one spectacular image:

Had seen this a few months ago and it is incredible--just shows, patience and perseverance can pay off. Just last nite on the Nat Geo channel here in BKK they had a half hour program on all that went into photographing this tree.
