Just found this forum, and am already excited at the prospect of the event.
I live n Pattaya, but I will try very hard to make it to bangkok for this gathering.

All please note I am leaving on a photo assignment for about 5 days and I probably wont be able to comment or answer any more questions on the even while I am away. Please feel free to post though and I will reply to any pending questions when I get back.

Wish you could join us too Alex. Anyway, I am back now from my trip and available again to respond to questions about the outing.

I think we have about 5-6 people signed up now and would be fun to have a group of around 20 people. So please join us. It will be fun and a good reason to get your camera out. Weather should be cool during this time of year and best of all the whole thing is free! In fact it's hard to think of a good reason not to join us :)

Hope to see more people to sign up.

Sounds great. By the way, you are which of the 3 guys?

Also, could you please ask the other 2 guys to setup accounts on the Forum as well?

This way they can post their photos in the new Gallery I will be setting up from the outing.

I am thinking for the location where we all go for a cold drink after the shooting could be Au Bon Pain at the beginning of Silom Road next door to the Dusit Thani Hotel. I am thinking there is good because it is one of the closest places to Lumpini Park and a quick 2 minute walk from the park.

We could also go to the Lumpini Night Bazaar and sit in the outdoor food court, but it can be noisy when the band is playing and getting dark quickly this time of year.

If anyone has any other ideas other than pubs please let me know.

Hello again all. I would like to get a recount of how many people will be joining for sure this coming Saturday?

I have prepared a full written brief for the outing and I plan to email it to everyone who will be attending. I will send the brief out on Friday morning so that you have a day to review and get yourself ready for the shoot.

When we meet at Lumpini Park I will go over the brief and answer any questions before the shooting starts.
