Dear all,

Anyone can recommnend my if is worrth buying it, as price seems competitive nowadays...
Shall i go for new or worth considering second hand?

It's still a great camera, but not at high ISO. I use a D80 a lot, which has the same sensor but less features. It obviously depends on the price, but if it's under 25,000 new, I wouldn't hesitate.
