Hi All. Sorry for the access problems. I have had no problems accessing the Forum itself or any of the new posted images in the Gallery section. Can someone please be a bit more specific on the type of problem and when it occurs. It might help me to locate the issue. Thank you. Marc

Marc,

The problem is the images uploaded by PanGallery. The first group uploaded were locked and then subsequently deleted. A new group was uploaded (B&W) and they are also locked. No other images have been uploaded by other members, so the problem is most likely something related to the most recent uploads.
Very puzzling, as it has not been something that was related to any previous gallery uploads.

Thanks for your feedback, but I am still not sure I understand the problem. I guess I don't know what you mean by locked because when I click on one of the Pan Gallery thumbnails on the main page of the Forum for example there is no problem for me to open and view the picture in full size. I also just left a comment on one of the Pan Gallery photos and there was no problem to do that. Next I will try uploading a test photo myself, but I am wondering if somehow the access level for certain user levels has been reduced, but I can't imagine that being the problem since nothing has been changed in terms of any of the system settings recently. Sorry if I am missing the point here, but I am not experiencing the same problems I think you are referring to.

Hi Marc,

What is happening with me is as follows:
When I click on any of Pan gallery images; a small pop-up box appears requiring a Pan Gallery password. I am not able to view it enlarged.

Thanks

Ah, I see, I am wondering if he has locked his gallery. I have never seen that before or even know the option exists. Let me please look into it a bit further.

See if you can get into Pan Gallery images now. He has now removed his password and I just tested it by logging out of the system and clicking on one of his photos as a guest user and there was no problem. The photo opened right away. So I hope the problem is solved. If any further problems please let me know. Thanks...

Hi All,

I just realized that I added "Gallery Password" so that any one of you except ADMIN cannot see larger size when you click on one of the photo in thumbnail.
Now I already removed "Gallery Password" as mentioned earlier by ADMIN. I do hope friends in this forum can enlarge the picture I loaded. if you have any problem please let me know.
